Ever used to think you were a baller when you were playing against players older than you down at the local park? Well that’s nothing compared to the absolute bits 14-year old Youssoufa Moukoko has been doing for Borussia Dortmund.
Signed from St Pauli in 2016, Moukoko netted 33 goals in 21 matches in a single season for the Under 15’s BVB side and then made the step up to the Bundesliga Under 17.
The young prodigy hit headlines in August 2017 when he made the step up to the Bundesliga Under 17, playing against kids three years older than him.
But he was not fazed by the graduation, marking his debut at Under 17 level by bagging a brace in the first game of the season against SG Unterrath as his side ran out 3-0 winners.
And while he set the bar unbelievably high, he’s managed to continue on the same path. This season, in 25 games, he scored a record-breaking 46 goals in 25 times as BVB won the Under 17 title.
